Weird Labs is a software studio. We design, engineer and operate custom software, ERP systems and AI agents for companies in the US and worldwide whose workflows are too specific, too critical, or too strange for off-the-shelf.
THE STUDIO
Weird Labs started in 2024. Its founder came to software from finance and operations, so every build starts with how the business actually runs: who approves what, where the numbers come from, what still lives in a spreadsheet.
Since then the studio has delivered more than twenty projects, from a three-day client CRM to multi-country payroll, and grown from one engineer to a team of five. The engineering team is in Mumbai; the clients are wherever the work is.
We also build our own products on the same stack we sell: Arc Freight, Halfkit and ZivoHR. And we publish the Django libraries we wish had existed. If a system we build for you would be useful to everyone, we will say so.
Weird Labs is the trading name of Weird Labs Private Limited, incorporated in 2018. The software studio started in 2024.

Owns architecture across the studio's custom software, ERP and agentic AI work, and maintains its open-source Django libraries.

Two decades in product strategy and digital, most of it spent between what a business wants and what a team can ship. Advises the studio on product direction — what to build first, what to cut, and where an engineering output stops short of a business outcome. His own work now runs to AI adoption and governance, including readiness for ISO/IEC 42001.
