BUILD ½ CYCLE · ~$2,500 RUNS ~$19 A MONTHMost guides quote anything from $5k to $500k. These are our prices, and the agents behind them: a single-task agent is about a week and $2,500, and most of what we build costs under $200 a month to run.
THE SHORT ANSWER
We build in two-week cycles at $4,999 each, and a one-week half cycle at $2,500. Every cycle ends with working software in production, so you see the agent doing real work before you decide on the next one.
What sets the size is how many systems the agent has to read and write, how many of its actions need a rule check or a person's approval, and how many separate jobs it does. One job with one source is a week. A team of agents sharing an inbox, a CRM and a price list is a quarter.

BUILD ½ CYCLE · ~$2,500 RUNS ~$19 A MONTHAudits every marketplace transaction for fees, overcharges and claims. In a single quarter it recovered over $1M for 100+ sellers, with 90%+ of claims approved.
BUILD 2 CYCLES · ~$10k RUNS ~$150 A MONTHAn HR assistant that answers from each person's own record and prepares their leave or expense request for them to confirm.

Once an agent is live, the cost that grows is the model bill, and it is yours. The agent runs on your own Claude or OpenAI API key, billed by the provider at their price. We add nothing on top.
Volume is what moves it. The legal digest reads its sources once a day and costs about $19 a month. The reconciliation assistant audits every transaction for 100+ sellers and costs about $150.
