Machine control software
Desktop control for an additive-manufacturing machine, talking to its PLC over a serial line. Not everything we build is a website.
Django is what we build on. Our ERPs, SaaS products and AI systems run on Django and PostgreSQL in production, and we publish the libraries we wish had existed.
WHAT WE BUILD
We use boring technology on purpose. Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Celery and Redis cover almost every business system we are asked for, and they are easy to hire for when you take the code in-house.
The frontend follows the job: server-rendered Django with HTMX for internal tools, React or Flutter where an app needs it.
This site is a Django app too: no database, hand-written templates, a strict content security policy and a test suite.
SYSTEMS WE BUILD
BUILT AND RUNNING
Client work is described by the business, not named, until the client clears it.
Multi-tenant HR and payroll on Django, DRF and PostgreSQL: a workspace per company, statutory payroll for three countries, biometric attendance, Slack and single sign-on.
OPEN SOURCE — PYPIServer-side Facebook Conversions API for Django, so conversion events survive ad blockers and browser privacy limits.
OPEN SOURCE — PYPIDrop-in UTM tracking for Django that keeps campaign attribution across a visitor's session.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS
We map workflows the way they actually work — not the way the org chart says they do.
We design the smallest system that solves it. Boring tech. Sharp decisions.
Two-week iterations. Working software every cycle. No 6-month silent builds.
We stay on as engineering partners — not vendors who disappear after handover.
WHAT IT COSTS — $4,999 PER TWO-WEEK BUILD CYCLE
